SLAB COMPONENTS
As per Engineer’s calculations per rib-span the reinforcing ( Y10 , Y12 , Y16 in configuration ) is allocated to the Lattice Girder and casted in + 40mPa strength concrete in a mould that is die – straight and left to cure . We currently have the capacity to manufacture / cast approximately 1200 meters of Lattice Ribs per day and a supply line of Blocks and Reinforcing that will equal the installation per square meter .
Ash or Polystyrene Blocks are supplied as void formers in different sizes as per Engineers specification to accommodate Levels and spans in the structure.
Ash – Block sizes by the following – Standard Breadth – 200mm x 400 , 450 , 500 and 600mm wide and 110 , 150 , 190 , 230 , and 285mm High.
Polystyrene Block sizes by the following – Standard Breadth – 1200mm x 500mm wide and 110 , 120 , 150 , 190 , 270 , 280 and 290mm High.
Reinforcing Steel – All Y- Bar and Mild Steel Bars sizes supplied as per Bending Schedule to site.
Reinforcing Mesh Fabric – Reference 100, 156, 193, 245 etc. supplied as per Engineers Design.

For the sake of accuracy we provide on-site measurement prior to finalization of Job-Cards to minimize loss of time and material supplied to site .
